Help us surprise trick-or-treaters by decorating your car and passing out goodies in the Park District of Forest Park parking lot.

Participation is FREE, but registration is required!
Registration is only needed for those decorating a car/table and handing out treats.

Guidelines:

• Participants are responsible for their own decorations.

• Treats must be individually wrapped.

• Bring your creativity and Halloween spirit!
