PARK BOARD MEETINGS
The Board of Park Commissioners meets on the third Thursday of each month. All meetings are at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor Board Room of the Administration Building located at 7501 Harrison Street. These are open meetings; the public is invited to attend and express ideas as well as concerns.
THANKS
The Park District gratefully acknowledges the cooperative efforts shown by the Community Education Council, the Village of Forest Park and School District #91 in contributing to recreation programs. Without their help we would not be able to offer the programs that we do!
PHOTOGRAPH POLICY
The Park District of Forest Park uses pictures of participants in its brochures and special ads to inform others of our recreational opportunities. Participation in district events and programs implies consent for the district to use photographs for promotional purposes. If you do not want a picture taken, please tell our photographer. If the picture has already been taken, please contact the Park District Office at 366-7500 and let us know that it should not be used.
YOUTH SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS
The Park District of Forest Park is proud to serve as home field for both Forest Park Little League and Forest Park Youth Soccer Assn. Registrations and games are held at the Park District, however the Park District does not run these programs. Each of these programs is run by a board of parent volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to serving the youth of our community.
Forest Park Little League serves boys and girls ages 4 through 16 offering 6 divisions of baseball and softball league play. For more information visit www.forestparklittleleague.org.
Forest Park Youth Soccer Assn. offers Spring and Fall coed league play for youth from pre-kindergarten through 8th grade. For more information please see website at http://www.fpysa.org
