Spending time connecting with nature nourishes the soul, renews and attunes us to the earth’s natural rhythms.  It reminds us that we are as much a part of nature as are the leaves on a tree or water bubbling in a brook. Join us for morning yoga in the park to warm your muscles, enjoy the view and commune with nature in our beautiful park!

Yoga is a wonderfully convenient activity that can be enjoyed practically anywhere. So why not combine it with a healthy dose of fresh air this summer and take part in our Yoga in the Park.

Yoga is a series of gentle stretches and poses that tone your body, calm your mind, reduce stress and improve flexibility. A yoga session in the park is a relaxing, Zenlike way to commune with nature and bask in the beauty of the surrounding environment.
